CNC Robotic Welder

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding machines to ensure that welding processes meet required quality standards.
- Receive a passing score on the Welder Qualification test within the first 90 days of employment.
- Load fixtures with parts and manually tack.
- Move tacked weldment to robot station.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and program as required.
- Accurate completion of work orders and associated paperwork.
- Ability to operate overhead crane to maneuver parts safely into place.
- Ability to communicate up and down stream regarding parts requirements or quality issues.
- Preventative and unplanned maintenance of fixtures and robotic welders.
- Maintain attention to detail as necessary to adhere to quality standards.
- Will perform standard MIG welding as the production schedule dictates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Math, geometry, measurement and basic PC skills, and must be able to read orders, and tape measures.
- Able to read and understand basic blueprints and drawings.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools & equipment.
- Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety.
- Must be dependable and report to work on time.

- Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation
$20-$22 per hour
